Pros – this is the only tablet she actually loves to have everyday. She looks forward to the time i give her one. She chews and bites it herself. With any other pills its a struggle to make her eat it. She spits it out and we have to force her to open her mouth and push it inCons VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

My 13 year old Yellow Lab has always been a fussy eater with kibble and dog treats and we recently had to switch him to an all real food diet. His vet recommended Pet-Tabs to get the required nutrients he needs. As expected he won’t eat one by itself, but they are easy to break up and I mix it in with his real food and we have seen positive results with his new diet including the Pet-Tabs once daily.

However, upon some research, I have run across some information that some larger/giant breeds can benefit from having additional vitamins and minerals in their growth period from 2-24 months depending the breed. I therefore decided my pup can indeed benefit.

I “acquired” a senior dog that belonged to my sister but she wasn’t taking care of him so I took rescued him from her. He likes the taste of this vitamin even though my younger dog doesn’t. I’m not sure if this is helping but I know seniors need nutrition more than ever so I slip one in his dinner every night
