Half of the sand spilled on the floor the second I opened the package, I tried to salvage it as much as I could but really disappointing, the product is no doubt good I really like it but, I paid a price for it and I expect it to be in a good shape.Thank you

I know product material is usually costly and you are giving this on low cost. But its smell is not good especially after hamster pee in it then it becomes addition. Very strong smell. ð¤¢
