Quality is much better than expectation and satisfactory product

These are very handy. They do a very good job and help keep the surroundings neat and clean.But they work well as long as the springs are in tact. For obvious reasons the springs are kept soft, but they break after repeated usage. Itâs criminal to throw away the otherwise good product just because the springs have given way. And they are not readily available in the market.It would be great if 4 pieces of springs are supplied as extra spares with every product.

The size of the poop scooper is good. but the pring broke and it became useless with 2 months.Since the price is quite high I thought it will be of good quality.Please don’t buy this over priced product.
