Ok , so I tried this essentially for extra treats for my dog . Because I feed him home cooked meals . But I needed somethingHandy to use to train my fur baby .Neo loved it . And I am ordering more . *This is a home grown brand*the food does not have a after smell* the quality and quantity seem to suffice for my requirement.One star less – because it may not be pocket friendly . But the quality is grt .The cutest thing – I recieved a delivery after more than a month of ordering the product , where they sent a thankyou note and a cute ball for Neo as a thankyou gift .Well , thankyou gifts are a very thoughtful thing . But , it has got nothing to do with the review 🙂

Had received a free sample long back and have never looked back since. My dog used to have Farmina and Royal Canine but having started henlo, he prefers this over other dry food. The Henlo food topper is also quite good.

Good but this batch is overbaked
The product is good but the batch we recived this time is overbaked and very hard. Need a lot of time to soak in hot water else it can not be consumed. Also they have reduced the quantity by 200g and price has increased which is unfair.

My 3rd time ordering this product…..1st two times were amazing but this time I have not received the quality product there were soo many crumbles and very unnoticeable amount of veggies….the kibble were more dark in color as well…

Worms and lost TRUST
My dog loved these at first taste! But later on slowly he started disliking because of extra burnt batches, foul smell. Initially we thought it’s because of the precipitation and humidity at our place, later as the pack is half complete then we encounter sooooo many worms crawling inside and over the kibble. Looked cringe as well as felt sorry for our dog that he had to eat kibble with all the worms inside. I don’t know who is responsible for all this, and I’ll wait for someone to respond before we proceed legally!

Food is amazing…but thr zip lock doest lock….hence the smell disappeared very fast…transferred contents to another box, but smell had reduced and my old doggo won’t eat it…However, my Cat like it and eats it…hahaThe kibble size is also large for my chihuahua
